R. Chandrasekhar is an Indian bureaucrat and present Department of Information Technology Secretary, Government of India.[1] He is also member of the governments techonology advisory group, TAGUP.[2] He has recently been handed over the additional charge of Secretary, Department of Telecommunications and Chairman, Telecom Commission[3].
